1900 S Street Renovation

Midtown office space getting transformed to accommodate a new type of tenant.

Stafford King Wiese Architects designed a new façade to transform an outdated office building into two casual restaurant spaces. The gridded storefront will become an open design, with potential for glass roll-up doors that would allow indoor/outdoor dining flexibility. Masonry screens around the site are being lowered to improve the visual access for pedestrians and vehicular traffic. This new design will provide a more welcoming atmosphere to pedestrians and drivers alike.
